Not subtitles — a local film
Lips move in the target language, the voice fits the market, the pack shot shows the local SKU. Subtitles say 'imported'; this does not.
(01) Localisation
You already have the film. What you do not have is the budget to shoot it again in German, Italian and Spanish. We rebuild the master so the language, the voice, the on-screen text and even the packaging change — and the film still reads as made for that country.

Every language version is read by a native speaker before delivery. A grammatically perfect line can still be the wrong line.
What you may say about a product differs by country. We flag the lines that need changing instead of shipping them and waiting for legal.
The expensive part is building the master for localisation. Once it exists, each new market is an increment, not a project.
Some films localise cleanly, some need a rebuild. We tell you which one you have before you pay.
Adapted, not translated — with the claims check done at this stage.
Voice, lip movement, on-screen text and packaging swapped in each version.
A speaker from the market signs off, then you get every version in every format you need.
A single market starts at the Video Shoot Test; multi-market programmes are quoted per project, with each additional market priced as an increment.

Often yes — it depends on the footage. Send it and we will tell you honestly whether it can be rebuilt or needs a new master.
The European markets our clients actually sell in. We would rather name the ones we can do properly than advertise a list of forty.
On close shots it is the thing to judge us on — watch the work and decide before you commit.
Typically two to three weeks once the master is agreed, with the first market landing sooner.
You do, on delivery, with the source files.
