Before you ask
Is it legal to advertise a building that does not exist?
In most European markets yes, with clear labelling and claims you can substantiate. We flag what needs a disclaimer before delivery, but your legal team has the final word.
We already have renders. Do we need this?
If the renders are converting, no. If prospects look and move on, the missing part is usually life in the space, and that is what we add.
Can you match the architect's material exactly?
We work from it directly. Where a material or a light condition cannot be reproduced honestly, we say so instead of guessing.
How long does it take?
A first scene in days, a full film in two to three weeks from the moment the look is agreed.
What about later phases?
They are versions of the same master, which is far cheaper than commissioning each phase from scratch.
