1. Who we are
MediAzione Studio is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights listed below, write to info@mediazioneitalia.com.
2. What data we collect
Website brief form: the name, contact details (Telegram or e-mail) and project message you submit through the brief form on this site.
Telegram bot (@MedIaZione_Ai_bot): your Telegram id, name, username and chosen language; your answers to the bot's three qualifying questions; any free-text messages, questions or files you send the bot; and the advertising tag that identifies which ad brought you to the bot.
Meta Lead Ads forms: the details you submit through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — typically your name and contact information.
3. Why we use it
To reply about your project, prepare a consultation and quote, and follow up with you.
To measure, in aggregate, which ads, channels and creatives perform. Performance reports never contain personal data — only aggregated counts.
4. Where it is stored
Bot conversations and leads are stored on MediAzione's own server, located in the EU. Messages you send the bot are also visible to the MediAzione team in our internal Telegram group, and contact and deal information is kept in our Pipedrive CRM.
We rely on the following processors to run these systems: Telegram (bot hosting and messaging), Meta (Lead Ads forms and advertising), Pipedrive (CRM) and Google (Sheets, for reporting).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR articles 15–22 you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the data we hold about you, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to how we use it.
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to info@mediazioneitalia.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy) or with your own country's data protection authority.
7. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you press a button in the bot or submit a form on this site. Aggregated, non-personal analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which ads and channels work.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised.
