What people ask us
Who owns the film?
You do. After payment we hand over the final film and the source files, and we publish nothing without your written go-ahead.
What happens to my photos?
We use them to build your film and for nothing else. Send them in the chat with us rather than through this site — we deliberately do not collect family archives through a web form.
How long does it take?
Up to five working days for a short film, up to ten for a longer one. Delivery inside 48 hours is possible for a surcharge.
Can I change things?
Yes. We revise within the agreed story as much as it takes. Starting a different film from scratch is separate work.
Does anyone have to be filmed?
No. Nobody stands in front of a camera. We build everything from what you send and from the story you tell us.
